The early bird ticket includes a copy of the book “Alles wordt anders” by professor Koen Schoors!
On average, everything in the world changes once every seventy years.
This decade we are at such a tipping point. But fortunately everything will change, that is inevitable and desirable.
In this book, Koen Schoors sets out his impressive vision of the future. It is a vision of realism – only pessimists will call it optimism. Our economy and our energy production will become more regional and sustainable, we will move away from globalization and short-term politics. Our industry will become 100% circular, with all waste being used as raw material. The world population will decrease significantly almost everywhere. Human labor will become scarcer and therefore more valuable. We will all have more free time. Moreover, artificial intelligence will make our lives much easier and more efficient. We will be able to solve the major challenges (global warming, aging, wars, migration, etc.) through a combination of technology and a change in our behavior. Everything will therefore change, and above all, better.
