Problem

Many anaerobic wastewater treatment plants struggle with an influenced unbalanced in minerals and trace elements, resulting in variable microbial communities working under suboptimal condition.  This brings along that small changes in temperature or loading rate can impair the wastewater treatment process.

Solution

Based on a long term expertise, Avecom has successfully developed a series of liquid supplements containing essential minerals and trace elements ensuring a balanced performance.  Preventive dosing of these supplements leads to an improved operation of the anaerobic wastewater treatment plant.  The liquid supplement should preferably be supplied by a time controlled dosing system.  Tailor-made variations of these micronutrients can be developed in cooperation with the customer.
